Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Head-Lites collars have a limited guaranty for one year from the original date of purchase under regular dog use. Regular dog use is defined as on the dog's neck while engaging in typical day-today canine activities with the exclusion of swimming. Head-Lites collars are weather resistant, NOT WATERPROOF. Should the product demonstrate manufacturing related defects within the period and conditions of warranty and with adherence to recommended product use, please contact us immediately. All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase with marked purchase date. Head-Lites Pet Products Inc. will replace and ship a unit free of charge with the return of the faulty unit and the requirements met above. As personalized collars cannot be resold and re-entered into our inventory, all personalized collars are final sale and non-refundable.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Head-Lites Pet Products Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price.

Head-Lites Pet Products Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Head-Lites Pet Products Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
